Have you tried to get in shape before and failed to reach your goals and see the results you desire.? It could be that you have been going to the gym regularly however you struggle to know what do when you are there.

You may be overwhelmed by all of the advice that is given by social medial, friends, family and what you read. Not knowing where to start can be one of the biggest hurdles and road blocks you encounter. You'll then likely go through a period where you lack motivation and feel that you need the extra support, guidance and understanding from your coach.
