Ultra Endurance Coaching (UEC) is an Online based coaching and training service that provides individuals with bespoke training programs for a variety of running disciplines. Primarily the service suits those with an interest in distance running and seeking to build endurance and strength over longer miles. Whilst both male and female athletes are welcome, my primary interest is to develop females in their running experiences.
I take a holistic approach to run training, where fundamental strength and condition form an important part of your complete running training program.
By the time you have reached the UEC website it is likely that you have been thinking about either starting to run or to take your running to another level. Being Coached brings support, guidance and focus and importantly provides the opportunity to hold yourself to account. What are your goals?
As a runner I have a background in international Ultra distance running over various distances and disciplines. My personal running experiences have helped to develop a firm understanding of what it takes to be reach a high level of achievement in ultra running and having started with barely running 1 mile, i have an understanding how to get you there.
